The Costa Rican pianist, Jose Pablo Quesada, will participate in the XV Latin American Music Festival to be held in Caracas, Venezuela.
The activity will take place from May 16 to the 25 at the La Estancia Art Center in the Venezuelan capital.
Quesada has the opportunity to present himself as a soloist this year in the premiere of the work Concerto No.1, by the Guatemalan composer, Dieter Lehnhoff.
Jose Pablo has been engaged professionally as a piano player for 4 years and recently received his bachelor's degree in piano teaching and interpretation at the National University of Costa Rica.
Throughout his piano career, the young man has played in prestigious halls such as the National Theater, the Melico Salazar, the Eugene O'Neill Theater, the Mozart Theater, 1887 Hall, the Juan Santamaria auditorium, the Richter Hall and School of Music Auditorium at the National University.
At the international level, the musician has played at the Miguel Angel Asturias Complex in Guatemala, the Chamber of Culture's National Theater in the Dominican Republic, in the Anderson Auditorium at the Hurley School of Music in Louisiana, PepsiCo Recital Hall at Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, at the Museum of Modern Art in Fort Worth, also in Texas and the Bechstein Showroom Auditorium in New York City.
Congratulations to Jose Pablo, because although he is only 21 years old, he already has a great musical curriculum. The fact that they can participate in this festival is a tribute to his great value as a musician, in spite of the fact that he is still very young.
