Fighting Rhinitis Naturally

Rhinitis is an increasingly common disease due to increased pollution and dust in homes and /or offices around the world.

Rhinitis is, in many cases, nothing more than an allergic reaction that has to be detected and attacked at its point of origin. An audiologist can guide patient in the process of identifying the problem through a blood test.

Taking not of this, we can also combat the effects of rhinitis, maintaining very good hygiene in the first place, and even taking into account that it is better to replace old pillows and mattresses.

The pillow cases, pillows and blankets should be washed at more than 60 degrees Celsius; otherwise a large number of mites would not be directly affected.

As for the medical recommendations:

Salt Water:
In the mornings when you wake up, and at night before bed, use an applicator to wash your nostrils with warm salt water.

Milk:
Do not drink milk 6 hours before bedtime, or wait one hour after getting up.

Avoid:
  • Avoid eating bananas, chocolate and/or fish.
  • No smoking, neither actively or passively.
