I am an old rocker...

There isn’t much that I find interesting about today’s music. There are some songs that I think are worth listening to, but not many. I guess musical tastes are generational. I didn’t like my father’s music, but I later learned to appreciate it…well, I learned to appreciate some of it.

Anyway, I am an old rocker…give me Zeppelin and AC/DC any day of the week, throw in some Who and Santana and it’s a party in the making.

I thought it would be cool to talk about music, especially today's music and music in the past. However, if somebody has different thoughts, I sure would like to hear them. Has anyone currently living in Costa Rica ever been to one of the big concerts in places like Madison Square Garden in New York City? That was the place to go to see the great rock bands. All of them used to come through MSG on their tours.

I think there has been some good music recently...Sean Kingston and Natasha Beddingfield to just name two. There are many more.
